1. Number, time, place, and schedule of classes:

The minimum number of people in the online class is 1 person. Payam Persa Institute will start and end the class after the tuition fee is paid. The beginning and the end of each educational project is considered a class meeting and the place of the classes is www.ppli.ir. Each semester, online classes are held for one to several months and in twenty sessions (defined by the institution) and each session has several projects for one online student according to the institution's conditions. The student undertakes to be aware of the terms and structure of the online education before registering, according to his/her PSI (Project submission interval), the start and end time of the semester at Payam Persa Institute, and after registration and during the semester, the student has NO right to request to change the program of the online classes of the institute. 2. The amount of course tuition and PSI

PSI means (project submission interval (or FAP in Farsi) in this commitment) and is the time period interval for sending the student's project to the instructor). It has a two, three, four, or five-day period. The student is obliged to choose this time interval before paying the tuition fee because the choice of this time interval is effective in the amount of the tuition fee. The costs of online classes and tuition fees for semesters at different levels are different from each other according to the time interval of sending the student's project to the professor. 3. Student withdrawal:

After the start of the class (sending the first lesson project), the tuition fee will not be returned or transferred to another person, semester, or program. In case of withdrawal before the start of the class (before sending the first project to the professor), 31% of the total tuition will be deducted and the rest will be returned. If the tuition is not paid, the student will be banned from continuing the class and has no right to complain.

4. The cost of educational aids:

If any educational aids are needed, the cost of books, educational CDs and all educational aid booklets, awards, and certificates will be paid by the students themselves.

5. General students’ obligations:

1) The students should fully maintain Islamic order and affairs in the virtual classroom (inside the classroom) and respect the rules of learning English in the online class for themselves and other students. Do not waste class time with miscellaneous explanations, jokes, or any other reasons without the teacher's permission. Respect the employees, professors of the institute, and other students and pay attention to the starting time of the class, and attend the classroom on time. It is the institution's responsibility to determine the justified excuses.

2) In case of causing any damage to the movable and immovable property of the institution and other people, the student is obliged to pay for the damage.

3) Receive a receipt after paying the tuition fee and keep the bank receipt with you for three months.

4) If the student is absent for five months during the online semesters, after returning, he will be required to participate in the placement test before registration.

5) In case of any problems with the institution, the student should report the matter in writing to Paympersa (info@ppli.ir) and refrain from any direct contact with the lecturer and other people, and should not interfere in the educational affairs and work routines of the institution, so that the institution takes action. Fix the problem.

6) The student is obliged to refer to Payampersa website www.ppli.ir at least once a day and check the status of projects, PSI (FAP), new regulations, exams, and changes in the way classes work, the schedule of courses, and Be aware of the educational calendar and receive information and educational assistance materials.

7) After registration, the student must remember his student number and class code for each semester and his email, username, and password. And avoid handing them over to others separately.

6. Projects, assignments, and studying the lessons:

After registration, the student is required to prepare the activities requested by the professors accurately and correctly and submit them according to their PSI (FAP) before any delay.

7. The Absences of students in the classroom:

1) Each course has 20 sessions and each session has several projects that last from one to several months depending on the student's schedule. From the date of sending each project by the professor, the student has time to send the answers according to his PSI (FAP). In case of 3 consecutive absences or 4 non-consecutive absences in online courses, the student will be removed from the course.

2) One grade will be deducted from the class activity for each session of absence based on the student's PSI (FAP).

3) Students or parents must contact the institution's office every five sessions and follow up on their absence or their children's absence, and the institution will not have any obligation regarding the effectiveness of education for the students who are absent, but it will cooperate with their counseling and compensatory classes.

4) The cost of holding a make-up class based on the tuition schedule for absent students (students who are not present in the classroom on time due to their schedule) is the responsibility of the student and only through Payampersa (www.ppli.ir).

8. exams:

1) Be aware of the results of the Placement tests that are taken by the person responsible for determining the Placement test before or after the start of classes, and accept and respect it.

2) The student in each class is evaluated by the experts of the institute or the professor of the same class once in the middle of the semester and once at the end of the semester.

3) The passing grade in the institute exams is 60 out of 100, and if you get at least 60, you will be allowed to enter the next course.

4) If any fraud is observed in the mid-semester and end-semester exams by the professor, the person in charge of the exams will not correct your paper.

5) In case of absence in classes or exams, the student must pay the amount for the delayed class or exam.

6) To view the mid-semester or end-semester results students should visit the institution's website or visit in person.

7) After receiving the grades, immediately register for the next semester and avoid dropping or leaving a gap between classes and semesters.

9. Judgment:

The institution can, at its discretion and with one week's prior notice and after the end of the registered course (if the course fee has been paid), terminate the memorandum of understanding for security or social reasons, but the student has no right to terminate the memorandum under any circumstances. In case of any dispute between the parties, before the violation and the publication of the violation, the dispute will be resolved primarily through a written negotiation between the officials of the institution and the student, and if the parties do not reach an agreement, it will be referred to one or two arbitrators. legal consultants located in Isfahan province, Zarinshahr, refer and in case of failure to reach an agreement, the parties are free to refer to competent legal authorities to resolve the dispute. After completing the courses, the student undertakes not to abuse the Payampersa Institute in any way, or to create a disturbance for the administrators, employees, and students of each other or the work routine by using the information obtained from the institute. If the student withdraws after registration, he must pay the tuition of Payampersa Institute in full and according to this commitment.

10. Force majeure:

The laws of force majeure (earthquake, flood, storm...) in this memorandum are subject to the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
