Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

• I have received my username and the password to log in. I have also read the online instructions and this submission has not been previously been sent to this site.
• I have completed the Online Registration Form carefully.
  When submitting, finish the 5 steps of submission very carefully and click on "Save and Continue" at the bottom of each step.

• I have read and accepted the instructions in "Online Learning Regulations" carefully.
